Payments

  • Failure to pay as agreed may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits made to secure projects are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If a customer wishes to cancel a scheduled service, at least 7 days’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If AC Express must cancel or reschedule a service due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly, and deposits will be applied to the rescheduled date or refunded if no reschedule is possible.

  • Refunds for completed work will not be issued, except in cases where AC Express determines service was not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, are the property of AC Express and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our permission.
